After submitting an inquiry and choosing an artist, we will invite you to share your vision for the piece. Clear, detailed, and plentiful references are very welcome. They help us understand exactly what you hope to see. If your idea is more of a feeling than a finished picture, you are welcome to let the artist interpret and fill in the blanks. Once the paintjob has been discussed and agreed upon, no further revisions can be made, ensuring a focused and confident creative process.

To reserve your place in the commission schedule, a 20% down payment is required. Time payments are available for up to 12 months, giving you the freedom to plan at a comfortable pace. Painting will begin once all payments have been completed, as each commission is a fully custom creation and therefore non-refundable.

We kindly ask that any model you send arrives in excellent condition, free from major damage or heavy prep work, so the finished piece can truly reflect our standards. After your final payment has been received, your model will be completed and shipped within approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on its place in line. Each commission is then carefully packed with the same attention we give to all Victor & Hearth works, and shipped securely to you with tracking.

When your commission arrives, it does so as a singular story made just for you, shaped by your ideas and the artist’s hand. From the first unboxing to the moment it joins your shelf, the intention is simple: a model that feels immediately at home in your collection, and cherished for many years to come.
