Once payment is complete, your model arrives within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. We dispatch every Tuesday and Friday, ensuring swift passage from our studio to your hands.

Shipping is included within the United States. International destinations incur a modest $25 fee, crafted to keep the journey accessible.

Choose your duration upon purchase. A 20% down payment confirms your order, with monthly automatic payments beginning one month later. Up to 4 months at no extra charge, 3–12 months adds a 5% adjustment for inflation. Time payments, are non-refundable.

We stand behind every creation with a personal guarantee: should your model arrive damaged or lost in transit, we repair or replace it at no cost, ensuring peace of mind from studio to shelf.

Commissions and time payment models are non-refundable as custom creations. For outright purchases, you may cancel within 7 days of order confirmation. If the model has already shipped, return it to us at your shipping expense. Once received in original condition, we issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
