Non-Refundable Purchases

Commissions and models bought on time payments are non-refundable. As custom or reserved works, they carry an irrevocable commitment once confirmed with your 20% down payment.

Outright Purchase Cancellations

Full price purchases may be cancelled within 7 days of order confirmation. Contact us promptly to process. If the model has not shipped, we refund fully to your original payment method.

Returned Shipments

For models already dispatched, return it to us at your shipping expense within the 45-day window. Upon safe receipt in original, pristine condition, we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions Covered by Assurance
